1) My baby had over 500 wins, now he has less than 100, what happened?

From time to time, I need to level out the playing field to give the new babies a shot at the top 10.  I do this when the baby at #10 has over 500 wins.  The method I use is to divide everbody's wins and losses by 10.  This way the top 10 stays the same, but the new babies have a better chance at top spot.
